Let’s examine an example
Consider a one-story manufacturing facility with 33000 Sq. Ft of roof space which accommodates 200, 400 W solar panels.
Suppose that 200 panels will generate 95% of the electricity consumed by the facility. LED light conversion can reduce a facility’s overall electricity consumption by 15% or more. In addition, Bi-Polar Ionization can reduce a facility’s electricity consumption by 25% or more.
Now, let’s assume that your facility installed both LED lights and Bi-Polar Ionization before solar panels were installed. That means your facility now consumes 40% or less electricity than before.
That means the same number of solar panels will now provide the facility with OVER 100% of the electricity it consumes. How the facility takes advantage of the production
overage depends on the utility company. (Most buy back at 50% of their sales price. Some will buy back at 100%)
The main point is that with no money down you have installed a system that reduced your tax burden, increased your property value, increased your community image, increased your value to your tenant, and produced a new revenue stream.
